GUIDELINES/HOW TO GET STARTED

Athletics is suitable for all ages. A mixture of running, jumps, launches gives rise to various disciplines, sometimes very different between them. Children’ s needs are simple: develop their personal and technical skills in order to compete with themselves, with each other and trials to overcome. It’s possible and challenging to engage in high jump, hammer throw, sprint, hurdles or long distance races, in compliance with rules suitable for children and teens. Education to competition comes through “playing Athletics” in compliance with growth stages. This is a chance to start practicing the Queen of Sports.
